Abstract

Collaborations can lead to innovation, economic development, and technology transfer, benefiting both academia and the business sector.

Opportunities for cross-border collaboration between science and business are extensive and growing, especially in regions like region Friuli Venezia Giulia, which benefits from a strategic location for networking and cooperation with neighboring countries.

The meeting will open with a presentation of the ACROSS project and will provide an opportunity to introduce ABECs and identify priorities for action.

Prof. Sortino of the University of Udine and Prof. Valant of the University of Nova Gorica will present examples of university-business collaboration.
