The first version of the OTM-R Checklist was completed between October and December 2021 by the Working Group for the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers (hereinafter, the “Charter & Code” Working Group), chaired by the Rector’s Delegate.

The OTM-R Checklist was subsequently discussed during the meeting of the “Charter & Code” Working Group held on 13 January 2022.

In January 2022, at the request of the Rector’s Delegate for the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers, the University of Udine adopted the Summary Document on the University of Udine’s Policy for Open, Transparent and Merit-Based Recruitment of Researchers.

Consequently, in February 2022, the OTM-R Checklist was updated.

A new Checklist has been done in 2025 and will be done regularly.
