Objectives
How do the principles of equality between men and women and gender equality translate into legal terms? And how do they reflect on political representation? The issue of gender quotas in electoral lists has sparked a great debate not only politically and culturally, but also legally. This seminar aims to focus on some of the steps in this debate.
The seminar is part of the activities of the CUG.
