The PTP of Nova Gorica organized a workshop (in person) in Vipava (SLO) on Business Model Canvas.

Programme:
• 1:00 pm – Registration & Welcome Coffee
Participants arrive, register, and have the opportunity for informal networking over coffee.

• 1:30 pm – Introduction to Lean Startup Methodologies
Overview of key principles and tools that support the development of innovative and sustainable business ideas.

• 2:00 pm – Business Model Canvas Workshop
Hands-on session where participants learn to design, analyse, and refine business models using the Business Model Canvas framework.

• 3:30 pm – Homework Assignment: Applying the Business Model Canvas to Your Own Idea
Participants are invited to apply the concepts learned to their own business idea as a follow-up exercise.

• 3:45 pm – Networking
Informal networking and exchange of ideas among participants.
