Abstract

The webinar will offer an overview of the opportunities offered by the COST Programme | European Cooperation in Science and Technology, an intergovernmental initiative established in 1971 thanks in part to Italy's contribution.

COST promotes scientific and technological cooperation in Europe, with the aim of reducing the fragmentation of research in the European Research Area and supporting the exchange of scientific knowledge and networking activities. 

Through the funding of international research networks (COST Actions), the programme offers an open space for collaboration between researchers from all disciplines, following a bottom-up approach that allows ideas and initiatives in various scientific fields to be freely proposed.

 The webinar will be held by the COST Programme staff and the COST National Coordinator (Italy).
