DURATION: 3 weeks
PERIOD: 3 July 2017 - 23 July 2017
LOCATION: University of Udine – Udine Italy
ACTIVITIES: from Monday to Friday over 3 weeks.
60 hours (lectures, activities) + workshops, seminars, sensory analysis.
Field trips and weekend trips (Venice, Garda Lake, Trieste and Malga Montasio) in addition to regular courses

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor Degree in Agriculture, Food Science, Viticulture & Enology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Human nutrition, Biology

NUMBERS: max. 25 students will be accepted. The course will be held with a minimum of 15 enrolled students
PROGRAMME DESCRIPTION: this course is designed for students and technicians interested in gaining knowledge on food, wine, nutrition, markets and marketing activities.

FEES: a tuition fee of € 4.000,00 will be charged for the 3 weeks. This includes: academic courses, workshops and seminars, field trips, week end trips, accomodation and meals, wine and food tastings, stay costs.
