Project Management: Project Managment have total and direct responsibility for project oversight, coordination, planning, scheduling, and budget control. (12 hours)
Construction Management: Construction Managers plan and manage building projects from the program phase through design and construction, including scheduling, estimating and the establishment and monitoring of management resourcecontrol systems. (12 hours)
Safety Management: Safety Managers plan and manage safety in from the design phase through construction and maintenance of building. (12 hours)
Building Systems and Materials: Conduct research, development, and marketing in production areas of building systems, materials, and equipment (12 hours)
