Open applications for the ERC Scientific Council
The independent Standing Identification Committee, which was set up by the European Commission in 2020, has begun the search for candidates for membership of the Scientific Council of the European Research Council (ERC).
The Commission appoints members of this Scientific Council, the ERC’s governing body, further to a recommendation from the Identification Committee. The Committee is now contacting the representative organisations of the European research community with the request to nominate excellent candidates. The Committee also welcomes nominations from other research institutions representing European research.
Members of the Scientific Council are appointed for a four-year term of office, renewable once. The candidates proposed further to the current call for nominations will be evaluated by the Identification Committee to contribute to the pool from which it will recommend candidates for membership of the ERC Scientific Council. Almost a quarter of the members of the Scientific Council must be replaced as their mandates will come to an end in the coming twelve months.
Deadline: Nominations are accepted until 06/05/2022 (12:00 CET).

EU4HEALTH 2021-2027 - Call for proposal
The call covers the following 8 topics aimed:
- to monitor and strengthen the implementation of innovative approaches to prostate, lung and gastric cancer screening at Union level;
- on prevention of NCDs – (other than cardiovascular diseases and diabetes);
- on promoting mental health;
- to support the implementation of the Regulation on health technology assessment – training of patient and clinical experts contributing to joint health technology assessment activities;
- to support increased capacity of notified bodies for medical devices;
- to provide training for health workforce, including digital skills;
- to support Member States and other relevant actors to implement relevant results of innovative public health research in relation to vaccination against COVID-19;
- to develop early warning features and guidance in the area of pricing through the EURIPID database, based on competition cases.

Interreg Europe 2021-2027 – Interregional cooperation forum

In occasione dell’apertura del primo bando prevista per il 5 aprile 2022 con scadenza il 31 maggio 2022, le autorità del programma organizzano i seguenti eventi per presentare le principali caratteristiche della prima call. IDIH – International Collaboration Digital Transformation Healthy Ageing

As part of the activities of the European project IDIH – International Digital Health Cooperation for Preventive, Integrated, Independent and Inclusive Living, the IDIH Week 2022 will be a 4 day online international event dedicated to researchers, innovators, care providers and users associations dealing with Digital Health for Active and Healthy Ageing (AHA).
A key-novelty of this 2022 edition will be 2 Regional Workshop dedicated to the R&I landscape around Digital Health & Ageing, respectively in USA and Japan.

Piano Triennale 2022-2024 della Ricerca di Sistema elettrico nazionale – Consultazione e Info day

Il Ministero della Transizione Ecologica ha posto in consultazione il Piano Triennale 2022-2024 della Ricerca di Sistema Elettrico nazionale. Il Piano è consultabile al link: https://www.mite.gov.it/pagina/ricerca-di-sistema-elettrico-nazionale .
A valle della consultazione, RSE S.p.A., quale affidatario dell’Accordo di Programma nell’ambito del suddetto Piano, predisporrà il proprio Piano Triennale di Realizzazione 2022-2024.
A tale scopo RSE intende confrontarsi sulla bozza di Piano in consultazione e presentare le linee di indirizzo del proprio Piano Triennale di Realizzazione, in un Info Day dedicato alle Università italiane.
L’Info Day si terrà a Milano, presso il Teatro Martinitt (Via Riccardo Pitteri, 58) il giorno 23/03/2022 dalle ore 13:30 alle ore 17:00.
I dettagli della bozza di Piano Triennale, nonché le idee di realizzazione di RSE, saranno presentati nel corso dell’Info Day, con il quale RSE intende stimolare e raccogliere possibili suggerimenti e contributi che le Università, ognuna con le proprie precipue competenze, potranno fornire a supporto del triennio 2022-2024 della ricerca di sistema.
