The MSCA Doctoral Networks aim to train creative, entrepreneurial, innovative and resilient doctoral candidates, able to face current and future challenges and to convert knowledge and ideas into products and services for economic and social benefit.
The MSCA Doctoral Networks will raise the attractiveness and excellence of doctoral training in Europe. They will equip researchers with the right combination of research-related and transferable competences and provide them with enhanced career perspectives in both the academic and non-academic sectors through international, interdisciplinary and inter-sectoral mobility combined with an innovation-oriented mind-set.
Proposals under this Action should contribute to the following expected impacts:
Strengthen Europe's human capital base in R&I by training highly-skilled doctoral candidates,
Improve the attractiveness of researchers’ careers notably through better working and employment conditions of doctoral candidates in Europe
Enhance talent and knowledge circulation across the R&I landscape, through inter-sectoral, interdisciplinary and international mobility
Increase Europe's attractiveness as a leading research destination
Enhance the quality of R&I contributing to Europe's sustainable competitiveness
Establish sustainable collaboration between academic and non-academic organisations
Foster the culture of open science, innovation and entrepreneurship
The objective of PFs is to support researchers’ careers and foster excellence in research. The Postdoctoral Fellowships action targets researchers holding a PhD who wish to carry out their research activities abroad, acquire new skills and develop their careers. PFs help researchers gain experience in other countries, disciplines and non-academic sectors.

Proposals for topics under this Destination should set out a credible pathway to contributing to the following expected impacts of the Horizon Europe Strategic Plan:
Democratic governance is reinvigorated by improving the accountability, transparency, effectiveness and trustworthiness of rule-of-law based institutions and policies and through the expansion of active and inclusive citizenship empowered by the safeguarding of fundamental rights.
COST ACTION - EUROPEAN COOPERATION IN SCIENCE & TECNHNOLOGY
Participants are invited to submit COST Action proposals contributing to the scientific, technological, economic, cultural or societal knowledge advancement and development of Europe. Multi- and interdisciplinary proposals are encouraged.
The Open Call Action proposal submission, evaluation, selection and approval (SESA) procedure is fully science and technology-driven and will ensure a simple, transparent and competitive proposal evaluation and selection process, reflecting the bottom-up, open and inclusive principles of COST.
Participants planning to submit a proposal for a COST Action will need to refer to the SESA guidelines and to the Open Call Announcement on the Documents and Guidelines page.

L'evento "Postdoctoral Fellowship : uno strumento per rafforzare la cooperazione nella ricerca tra la Francia e l'Italia", si terrà online e si svolgerà in lingua inglese.

The Agri-Food systems are in a storm to change and adapt in response to one of the grand challenges of our era, the "Food-Health-Planet" challenge. Talents with the right skills and competencies are sought to propose winning solutions to tackle this challenge in its multiple dimensions. EIT Food launches Innovator Fellowship 2022, a programme designed for Post-doctoral Researchers and Young Professionals wishing to impact the Agri-Food systems by transforming lab ideas into business ideas.
Main feature of the Innovator Fellowship programme is the creation of strong multi-disciplinary working teams, beginning with a Hackathon and continuing with the following cornerstones of the programme:
one-to-one support to the teams by expert mentors to turn initial ideas into mature business propositions;
advanced, tailor-made training delivered by highly specialised experts and aimed to boost both entrepreneurial and transversalskills as well as career prospects;
