Call: New algorithms for applications on European exascale supercomputers.

The objective of this call is to develop novel algorithms to exploit the full potential of the upcoming European exascale supercomputers. It will enable HPC applications to use these new computing capabilities in the future and address important computational challenges which are currently intractable.

The ADRION Programme opens a new call targeting Universities and research centres, as well as business institutions.

The overall goal of this 5th Extraordinary Call for Proposals is to raise competences and skills in domains considered of strategic relevance for the Adriatic-Ionian programme area, bridging to the new programming period, and ideally progressing in its path of sustaining marine/maritime, environmental and social innovation topics.

The call covers the following 5 topics :

• Improving and upscaling primary prevention of cancer through implementation research
• Strengthening research capacities of Comprehensive Cancer Infrastructures
• Pragmatic clinical trials to optimise treatments for patients with refractory cancers
• Towards the creation of a European Cancer Patient Digital Centre
• Establishing of national cancer mission hubs and creation of network to support the Mission on Cancer

The Interreg Euro-MED Programme in collaboration with the Cypriot Directorate General Growth of the Ministry of Finance is organising an Information Session on the 2nd call for project proposals on 23rd June 2022 in Atlantica Miramare Hotel in Limassol, Cyprus and livestreamed.
