Classic projects have been in place for several years already and offer a result oriented approach, helping to identify the expected contribution of projects in a defined policy field. Their selection follows a two-step application procedure. Classic projects have the following characteristics: - Total budget: €1m to €3m; - Duration: 24 to 36 months; - Partnership: 7 to 12 partners; - Transnationality: at least 4 countries;

Interreg Alpine Space 2021-2027 The Interreg Alpine Space programme 2021-2027 finances cooperation projects across the borders of seven Alpine countries. The programma has redefined its objectives, based on the needs of the Alpine region as well as on the policy goals of the European Union. The projects financed by the programme must contribute to the achievements of the objectives for these priority: priority 1) climate resilient and green alpine region. priority 2) carbon neutral and resource sensitive alpine region. priority 3) innovation and digitalisation supporting a green alpine region. priority 4) cooperatively managed and developed alpine region.
