GEP - Gender Equality Plan
The adoption of the Gender Equality Plan (so-called GEP) has become an essential criterion for all universities in order to gain access to the EU Research Framework Program Horizon Europe, in implementation of the EU Commission's Gender Equality Strategy 2020-2025.
In parallel and in analogy with Horizon Europe, the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (RRP) also conditions access to research and innovation tools for all public and private organizations to the adoption of the Gender Budget and the GEP.
The University of Udine, in an attempt to rationalize the fulfilments, brought the GEP back to the three-year plan of positive actions, the so-called PAP. The art. 1 of Presidential Decree June 24, 2022, n. 81, published in the Official Gazette 30 June 2022, no. 151, has established that the PAPs are absorbed in the appropriate sections of the Integrated Plan of activities and organization, the so-called PIAO
PAP-GEP 2023-24
