Admission to a 2nd level Degree Programme

EU citizens interested in enrolling in a Master's degree programme at the University of Udine must bring the following documents "Area dei Servizi Studenti”, via Gemona 92 Udine (by appointment only: ):

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent of a first level academic degree, officially translated into Italian and authenticated by the Italian consular authority of the country in which they were issued

  • Declaration of value (Dichiarazione di valore in loco) of the corresponding diploma awarded
  • University transcript with all the courses taken (Diploma supplement if available)
  • Content description of each course taken written translated into Italian. Description of the programs may be accepted in English, French, Spanish.
  • One passport-sized photograph;
  • Photocopy of your passport or identification card (you must bring the original passport or ID card to show);
  • copy of the Residency Permit (non E.U. citizen);
  • The first university admission fee receipt.

  • If you enroll/pre-register in a second level degree programme (Master degree - laurea magistrale), admission depends on the possession of specific academic requirements.
