INSTRUCTIONS FOR REMOTE ORAL EXAMS
Oral test are public, including those which are conducted remotely.
In the case of remote oral assessments, the public nature of the proceedings is ensured by the participation of candidates and the following arrangements:
a) publication of the oral assessment schedule;
b) parties interested in attending the oral assessments must send a request to the email address indicated on the oral assessment schedule, attach a copy of a valid identity document and indicate the email address with which they intend to connect to the remote public meeting;
c) interested parties receive a link to attend the remote public meeting.
External parties may not speak or otherwise participate in the discussion. Under penalty of exclusion from the online meeting, external parties are only permitted to participate after switching off their camera and microphone. They may not participate via chat.
External observers admitted to attend the oral exam must connect promptly at the start of the session.
“Applicants admitted to the course” are those who, based on their ranking and the number and type of available spots, may proceed with pre-enrollment.
Eligible applicants who are not admitted may be contacted if there is a shift in the ranking (e.g., due to a withdrawal or failure to pre-enroll).
