Obiettivi Formativi

Far acquisire allo studente una conoscenza delle tipologie di impresa che operano nel settore vitivinicolo a livello regionale, nazionale ed internazionale.

Nel corso dell’insegnamento gli studenti vengono esposti alle diverse forme di impresa che popolano il settore viti-vinicolo e ne apprendono le loro peculiarità. L’obiettivo principale è quello di illustrare le motivazioni e i diversi ruoli svolti da imprese con diversa configurazione, dimensione e valenza nell’ambito di una economia nazionale di tipo mista stato-mercato, e del ruolo nel mercato globalizzato del settore viti-vinicolo.

Le tipologie di imprese esaminate vanno dalla semplice impresa agricola con imprenditore agricolo professionale, coltivatore diretto, varie forme societarie e cooperative, sino ai colossi multinazionali come Anheuser-Busch InBev, Holdings come Heineken, Kirin e Asashi Group, e Diageo, Pernod Ricard e Carlsberg.

 

Learning outcomes

To make student learn about the types of firms that operate in the wine production sector at the regional, national and international level.

During the teachings students will be learning about the different forms of enterprise that populate the wine-making sector, with a focus on their specific peculiarities. The main goal is that of describing the motivations and different roles played by firms of diverse organisations, dimensions and scope within the mixed market-state national economy, and their role in the global wine-production sector.

The types of firms examined range from the simplest to the most complex, transiting through the limited company and cooperative firms, all the way to the major multinational firms, such as Anheuser-Busch InBev, Holdings such as Heineken, Kirin and Asashi Group, and Diageo, Pernod Ricard and Carlsberg.

Modalità esame (Italiano)

Lo studente candidate all’esame dovrà sostenere una prova scritta da valutare in trentesimi per l’eventuale ammissione alla prova orale. Il voto finale sarà in trentesimi.

 

Modalità esame (Inglese)

The student candidate to the exam will be asked to complete a preliminary written test based on material covered in lectures to evetually be admitted to the oral exam. The fina mark will be out of a total of thirty marks.
