Il corso ha l’obiettivo di analizzare con i partecipanti l’Exploitation Plan dei progetti Horizon Europe.

Programma del corso

Il corso si terrà il 5 e 15 aprile 2024 dalle 09:00 alle 13:00.

Giovedì 5 aprile 2024 orario 9:00 – 13:00

• Breaking the ICE
• Horizon Europe Calls for proposals: difference between RIA & IA and the implication on the impact section
• A bit of glossary: communication, dissemination & exploitation
• Let’s see the application template in Horizon Europe: Overview of the impact section
• Horizon Europe proposal: analysis of the section 2.1 – 2.2 requirements
• Exercise 1:
  • Reading a call: from the scope to the expected Outcome
  • Definition of key exploitable results (KER)

Giovedì 15 aprile 2024 orario 9:00 – 13:00

• Section 2.2 of the Horizon Europe proposal: Measures to maximize impact - Dissemination,
• exploitation and communication
• Let’s start to define the exploitation route:
• The role of intellectual property in the project and how to handle:
• Tailoring the KER to the target group: e.g. scientific community, end users, financial actors,
• public at large, etc
• Exercise 2:
  • Define the exploitation route for the KER
  • From section 2.1 & 2.2 to section 2.3

Relatore

Alberto Soraci, University Degree in Economics and commerce, MBA in General Management, he works in Area Science Park since 2019.
