DDS-MAP_Dynamic Digital Skills for Agility and Resilience in Medical and Allied Professions

Abstract

The project aims to develop new training provision for healthcare and allied professionals in the EU, focused on the acquisition and mastery of new digital technologies in the delivery of care services.
DDP MAP will perform the following activities:
-Map the digital skills of the health workforce at local and EU level;
-Enable healthcare managers to better respond to healthcare issues;
-Enable healthcare workers to deliver digital health care approaches;
-Promote micro learning and credentials accreditation for the acquisition of digital skills.
The project will produce a survey of the digital competences across the EU, training modules addressing the needs of disciplines for hospital doctors, nurses, and non-clinical staff, Micro credentials leveraging and adapting an established framework for DDS-MAP as well as augmented and virtual reality platform leveraging expertise within DDS-MAP.
